Nextiva, an already high-quality business voice-over-IP (VoIP) service, has gotten even better with recent updates. Its new cross-platform softphone app, NextivaONE, has an especially pleasing user interface, and its call analytics and reporting features give any of the other VoIP services we’ve tested a run for their money.
